Archaeology Notes

NO88NW 36.02 8420 8840

A line of anti-tank blocks are situated on the S bank of the Cowie Water about 100m NW from the pillbox (NO88NW 36.01) at Findlayston Bridge. The blocks have had stones placed on top to act as camouflage. It was intended to use the Cowie Water as an anti-tank ditch at this point.
