Shown as four buildings, named Mor Shios (NAT) in 1867.
An occupied farmstead with the amorphous remains of two earlier buildings to the SW.

This farmstead has an L-shaped plan and comprises a byre, stables and sheep-handling pens. It was visited in 2000.

Field Visit (30 May 2015)
A walkover survey was undertaken on 30 May 2015 along the route of a proposed new hydro-electric scheme and an access road to it at Moar, Glen Lyon. The remains of several pre-Improvement settlements identified by a desk study were encountered during the survey as was a possible burial cairn (at NN 52979 43440), not previously recorded.

Moar Farm comprises several standing buildings which are still in use and would not be affected by this proposed development. No associated structures were identified along the route of the new access road at Moar Farm.
