Architect T S Tait F.R.I.B.A.. With tall windows opening on to a terrace which faced the north cascades. Built to house the newspapermen with writing rooms, telephones, billiard-room, card-room, lounge and restaurant. Erected by the Exhibition Authorities for the convenience of the visiting press and organised by the Scottish Press.
