A 1930's building situated at the entrance to the former tram and bus depot on the E side of Leith Walk opposite Stead' Place.

The building was built as offices for the Edinburgh Tramway department depot immediately to the E in 1938, possibly designed by E J MacRae. A six-bay modernist style of building, ashlar on the Leith Walk elevation. Entrance on the N gable.
