Archaeology Notes

NN03SW 18 013 308

Foundation rubble of building 11.4m by 3.9m external dimensions. Probably a croft cottage (rig and furrow immediately adjacent) of possibly medieval date. There is a possible stone structure immediately south, mostly covered by a trackway which dates from the 18th century or earlier.

K Connock 1983.
