Standing in a clump of trees about 70 metres SE of Lochan a' Chuirn, is a cairn which has been seriously disturbed by stone-robbing and by the construction of a wall which crosses it. The outline has been further distorted by the dumping of stones from adjacent field clearance. Its original diameter was probably about 24 metres, and its present maximum height is 2.1 metres.

Field Visit (April 1967)
NM 927 354. Standing in a small clump of trees 37m SE of Lochan a' Chuirn, and at a height of 25m OD, this cairn has been seriously disturbed by stone-robbing and by the construction of a wall which traverses the remains. Its outline has been further distorted by the dumping of stones cleared from adjacent fields, but its original diameter was probably about 24m. At the present time the cairn stands to a maximum height is 2.1m.
