Old Mains of Cushnie, 18th century. Three fine stone dormer heads, dripping eaves and graduated slates distinguish this two-storey, harl-pointed rubble house, which is augmented by the coat of arms of Alexander Lumsden of Cushnie (1645-1714), whose family owned Cushnie from 1470 to 1876. Altered 1973-5.
