The location of this loss remains uncertain: both Skipi Geo and Costa Head lie on the N shore of Birsay, open to the Atlantic and close to the ill-defined western entrance into Eynhallow Sound. Theree may be more than one Skipi Geo, only one being noted on the 1998 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map.
Whittaker cites the name of this vessel as Fressia in the relevant illustration caption.
