This c.1800 warehouse was recorded by the Threatened Buildings Survey on 3 August 2009 prior to its conversion into two town houses. The interior of this simple rectangular 3 storey building retains its interior spaces with a softwood trussed slated roof. Some interesting painted signage survives. A single strorey building was added to the northeast.
