Sandstone fluted pedestal with carved dentil coping atop octagonal base slab to c 1.35m. Bronze flush-inset intricate sundial inscribed ‘Alx Brand in the Mint Edinburgh 1723’; ‘One of the Lords of Session & Justiciary’; ‘M David Erskine of Dun’.
