Archaeology Notes

NM56SW 3 c. 546 623

Donaldson equates 'Buarblaig' (NM56SW 2) with Muribulg, where a battle is recorded in the Annals of Tighernac as being fought in 731 between the Picts and Dalriads. It is also suggested that it is 'Muirbole Paradisi' mentioned by Adamnan.
