NM 550 500. Cairn (probable), Ardnacross: Situated within 100m of the shore, 135m N of the broch described on NM54NE 4, there is a circular grass-covered mound of stones, measuring 7m in diameter and 0.6m in greatest height, which probably represents the remains of a prehistoric burial-cairn; the centre is slightly hollowed.
RCAHMS 1980, visited 1972.
NM 5504 5003. A small pile of stones situated in an inconspicuous position amongst rig cultivation. It is not certainly a cairn as suggested by the RCAHMS and is probably a clearance heap.
Visited by OS (D W R), 1 May 1974.
