The location assigned to this record is essentially arbitrary. That ('on the north side of Wick Bay') cited by Whittaker remains unverified, but is accepted. The vessel may have stranded on Proudfoot Rocks, the extensive and prominent rocks around North Head.

The classification cited by Larn and Larn remains unverified, but is accepted.
