Commission And Contract (1965)

Two fifteen-storey blocks built as public housing as an extension to the Callendar Estate. The blocks were constructed by Falkirk Borough Council. They consist of a total of 170 dwellings. The Borough architect, Ian A. Ferguson was partly responsible for their design. Construction was approved by committee in 1965. The contractors for the development were Wimpey.
