Field Visit (May 1983)

Harris 5 NM 342 955 NM39NW

Situated on the bare surface of the raised beach, and. around its fringes, to the NE of cairn NM39NW 3&4 (1), there are a number of circular stone-banked enclosures, possibly huts, built of beach pebbles. One group comprises three abutting enclosures which measure from 4m to 2m in diameter within a wall 1m thick.

Field Visit (13 October 2010)

There are at least three oval enclosures on the raised beach at NM 34256 95537. They have walls up to 0.8m thick, standing 0.2m high at most.
