Accessing Scotland's Past Project

No 24 Main Street is a single-storeyed cottage which lies at the south-west end of Main Street, Swinton.

It is built from coursed sandstone rubble, with large blocks of dressed sandstone used for lintels and window-sills. Roofed in slate, it has a brick chimney-stack.
