A number of plans by Robert Brown for finishing Barbachlaw Farm House (cellars shown as completed), a letter from Brown and reports and accounts. Contract drawings signed Edinburgh 16th March 1822 by David Paterson, Alexander Robertson, Daniel Paterson and Alexander Clarke (?). Robertson and Paterson mentioned by Brown as contractors.

Archive of documents, correspondance etc., relating to Archibald Cockran of Ashkirk and Musselburgh and his bankruptcy with various petitions, reports, memorandum for Sir John Hope to right of coal at Kirkpark, Inventories and a series of Fine 1822-23 Architect drawings for improving Barbachlaw House and Offices and Threshing Mill with specifications and Builders receipts.
