Threatened Building Survey Programme 2013

Classical house designed for a Glagow merchant, c.1840. The earlier classical interior was altered in certain rooms in the later C19th, one ceiling was painted in a baronial style including the names of literary figures. The house has been a medical centre for many years.

Photographic Survey

Photographed for the Threatened Buildings Survey. Photography was requested at the time when the house may have ceased to be a medical centre and become a wedding venue (2007). The house continues to be used as a medical centre.
