(Undated) information in NMRS.

(Location cited as NS 537 577). Patterton Station: opened 1903 by the Lanarkshire and Ayrshire Rly. A 2-platform through station, with the main offices on the up platform, in a single-storey, brick and wood buildings with a bracketted awning and glazed side-screens. The down-platform building is similar but smaller.
