The Pavilion is situated on the S side of Pavilion Road.

Built by the Town Council in 1911 and designed by James Kennedy Hunter as a two-storey corner site with four towers. Coonsatructed from the outset as an entertainment centre to help increase the toursit trade. The original plans won a competition and were built for an estimated cost of £6000.
