Archaeology Notes

Ramsey Guest House, 1-3 Castle Street (junction of Upper Balmain Street), was demolished in 1965/66 and replaced by Balmain Court. RCAHMS KD 30/08/01

Architecture Notes

NMRS REFERENCE

Montrose, Castle Street, Ramsay Home and Balmain House which were Category B Listed were demolished in Spring 1966. Information from Demolitions catalogue held in RCAHMS Library.
