Blairfindy farmsteading lies on the northern flanks of The Clash, about 1 km to the north-west of Tomnavoulin. The farmhouse is a two-storeyed building, and has its windows arranged symmetrically around a centrally placed front-door. In the later nineteenth century two single storey wings were added to the northern and southern gables.
