(Name cited as Wagley Cottage and location as NJ c. 887 093).

NMRS, MS/712/75.

This granite boundary stone is now situated in a modern housing estate to the S of Kepplehills Road, and is some 30m E of its position depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Aberdeenshire, 1869, sheet lxxv). Rectangular in section, the stone measures 0.36m in breadth by 0.22m in thickness and 0.82m in height. The top of its W face is bevelled and bears the incised letters ABD below the number 43. Nothing is now visible of either the cairn or the cupmarked boulder that stood beside the stone at its previous location.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS, ATW), 25 February 1997.
