The Neuk/Auchendryne, c.1900, partly G Bennet Mitchell. Striking cottage-style, single-storey-and-attic, L-plan block in coursed granite; two heavy, piended dormers and gabled porch on one face almost mirrored on other; reconstructed and

formed into two houses, 1932, Cowdray Estate Office, from sketch designs by Dr William Kelly.
