A stone-cutting yard dating from the late-19th century, and still containing electrically-powered belt-driven machinery for cutting, polishing and drilling granite. At the time of survey in 2002, the works was operated by Graham Watt, Monumental Sculptors, and although intact, the machinery was no longer in use.
