The Head Post Office is situated in Ward Road, with elevations in Euclid Street and Constitution Road. At the W end of a block of buildings including D C Thomson (NO43SW 371).
Built in 1898 in the French Renaissance style, designed by the Office of Works architect Walter Wood Robertson. The Euclid Street section/elevation was a later addition.
Part of the building now used as a public house.
