An Early Bronze Age armlet is said to have been found in association with the butt and blade portions of a flat axe (or axes) 'in a grave on the farm of Mill of Laithers'. All the articles were formerly in Banff Museum, but only the armlet can now be located there. (cf NJ64NE 14.)
