OS 6" map, (1959)

An urn found in 1837 whilst improving the ground on Fallow Hill, contained a lot of bluish earth and small pieces of bone. It broke on removal.

Name Book 1867.

No further information.

Visited by OS (NKB) 13 March 1969.

The present whereabouts of this urn, which was found in 1837, is not known; the site of its discovery now lies in a cultivated field.
