Archaeology Notes

NJ81SE 101 8912 1114

This intermediate station on the Aberdeen-Dyce-Keith (main) line of the former Great North of Scotland Rly was opened by that company in 1 July 1877. It was closed to regular passenger traffic (by the London and North Eastern Rly) on 5 April 1937; the line remains in regular use.
