Construction (1968 - 6 December 1968)

A seventeen-storey block built for Aberdeen Borough Council as part of public housing development 'Section VII' in the Cornhill-Stockethill area. The block contains 100 dwellings. The contractor for the development was George Wimpey & Co. Ltd. Construction began in 1968.
