Construction (1971 - 15 November 1974)

Three ten-storey tower blocks built as the first phase of a public housing development in Seaton for Aberdeen Borough Council. The blocks all lie in areas Seaton 'B' and 'C', they were however, part of a contract known as "Seaton 'B', 'C', 'D', Phase I". They contain 170 dwellings in total. The contractor for the development was Peter Cameron (Builders) Ltd. Construction started in 1971.
