Construction (1972)

Seven nineteen-storey tower blocks built as Phase II of a public housing development in Seaton for Aberdeen Borough Council. The contract for the development was known as "Seaton 'B', 'C', 'D', Phase II". Four of the blocks lie in Seaton areas B and C; the other three blocks lie in area D. Together the blocks contain 781 dwellings. The Bison industrialised building system was used for construction. The contractor for the development was Peter Cameron (Builders) Ltd. Construction started in 1972.
