Standing Building Recording (17 March 2015)

NJ 90521 03103 A Level 1 standing building survey was carried out on 17 March 2015. At least three phases of construction were recorded as well as many other smaller alterations. The Phase 1 house, which was constructed by 1867 (1st Edition OS map) may have been slighted and rebuilt on the same footprint, or substantially rebuilt by Marshall Mackenzie in 1897 (Phase 2). An extension was also constructed in Phase 3.
