Construction (1968 - 25 September 1970)
A development of three fourteen-storey point blocks built as public housing in Balnagask for Aberdeen Borough Council. The blocks contain 156 dwellings in total. The contractor for the development was Alexander Hall & Son (Builders) Ltd. Construction began in 1968.
