A felstone axe, 7 inches long, with pecked surface, but ground at the cutting end, found near Baldomie Castle, Glass, was in the British Museum, according to Black (1893), but is not now indexed in the Department of British and Medieval Antiquities (information from British Museum, Department of British and Medieval Antiquities, Card Indices and Registers).
