The stone was removed some years before 1866.

Name Book 1866.

No further information.

Visited by OS (RL) 27 September 1967.

Nothing is now visible of the standing stone that formerly stood about 60m SW of The Lodge of Auchindoir. It was removed before 1866 and its site is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Aberdeenshire, 1870, sheet xlii).
