Very long Venetian palace of terraced houses, with round-headed windows, classical columns. Cast-iron railings to stairs and basement area. Good interior plasterwork in Nos 11-17. Nos 1-10 now a hotel, rebuilt, using glass-reinforced concrete panels, after fire in 1978. (See also Central Glasgow Guide.
