Archaeology Notes

NH21SE 20 2940 1306

What may be an unroofed building, situated on the W of a burn below Tom na Fhearna and shown on the curtrent edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974), was not located during a pre-afforestation survey at Dalchreichart. Situated beside an active burn, this is an unlikely location for a building and it is doubtful if there ever was such a structure here.
