The site of an Erd House which was commonly called the Stone Rieve. It was cleared away by the farmer a few years before 1867 and no trace of it was to be seen then.

Name Book 1867.

No further information.

Visited by OS (N K B) 20 September 1968.

Nothing is visible of this souterrain, which was discovered in the 19th century and 'cleared away' before 1867. The site lies in an arable field about 310m WSW of Templeton steading (NJ41NE 79).
