15 Cleveden Gardens, 1902, Andrew Prentice

Edwardian Renaissance polished ashlar villa by this Greenock-born, London-based architect. Bold arched ground-floor windows, upper sections leaded. Cast-iron first-floor balcony fronts, deep bracketed eaves, attic skylights, glazed ridge lantern and cupola.
