A flat bronze axe (Coles' type Ba) from Newfield, Urquhart is in Elgin Museum (1897.1). (Newfield farm at NJ 295 604 on OS 1st ed 6"map).

(Flat axe of Dunnottar type). Single find. Flat axe, slightly corroded, smooth surface otherwise, green patina, tinned; length 137 mm, butt 34 mm, cutting edge 76 mm, weight 440 gms. Elgin Mus. (1897.1).
