NJ 27611 49245 Site identified as part of a desk-based assessment and walk-over survey. This building was designed by William Robertson of Elgin (1786-1841) and was formerly the manse serving the Rothes Kirk. It is a 2-storey, irregular 3-bay gabled house with mixed granite rubble construction and tooled sandstone ashlar dressings and a steading to the rear. It sits within the town of Rothes and is in use as a residential building.
