Kingston Library, 330-346 Paisley Road, 1901, Robert William Horn

Built as Kingston Public Halls. Edwardian Baroque ashlar front, with central entrance, decorative frieze, giant pilasters and scrolled pediment. Large hall above small hall. Rebuilt after fire, 1948.
