Broomloan Road Nursery School, 73 Broomloan Road, 1875, Alexander Watt

Built as Broomloan Road Public School. White ashlar, Italianate with round-headed windows and projecting gabled end pavilions.

Summertown Centre, 1894, H & D Barclay

Built as the second of the school buildings for Broomloan Road Public School. Central-hall-plan, square building, rusticated red sandstone ground floor with prominent central entrance bay. Window mullions Doric on ground floor, Ionic at upper.
