Coia's first church, a small-scale blend of early Christian and Italian Romanesque, inspired by a study tour in 1923. Concrete frame, red brick, red roof tiles. Cross-over entrance carved by Archibald Dawson. Vaulted nave and narrow side aisles, brick piers, carved capitals and Stations of the Cross, Archibald Dawson. Asymmetrical presbytery to south, arched head entrance, broad eaves, prominent chimneys, small-paned windows. Decorative wrought-iron gates and railings in brick perimeter walls
