The large farm of Kerchesters lies approximately 2km east of Sprouston.
Grouped around a nineteenth-century courtyard and steading, the range of farm buildings has increased in size during the last century. The farmhouse stands in gardens, 90m to the north-east, and is a two-storeyed structure.
