St Ninian's Well, just within the dyke of Bognafuaran at the road leading to the Park, enjoyed great celebrity. (There was a chapel to St Ninian at Foynesfield, near by - NH85SE 6).

St Ninian's Well, situated at NH 8952 5379, is now surmounted by a disused hand water-pump.

Revised at 1/2500.
