Commission And Contract (1961)

A development of two twenty-storey tower blocks built as public housing by Edinburgh Borough Council as part of the redevelopment of the central area of Leith. The blocks contain 153 dwellings in total. Construction was approved by committee in 1961. The contractor for the development was Miller.
