NJ72SW 157 c. 73 22

AH 204. Half of hammer, broken through perforation, 2 1/2 ins (64mm) broad, 1 7/8 ins (48mm) thick, from Mid Balquhain. Presented by Captain Hugh P Lumsden of Auchindoir, 1937.

A macehead from Mid Balquhain is held in the NMAS under accession number AH 204.

[The PSAS reference cited indicates that the discovery was made on the Clova estates).
