Architecture Notes

3-bay, 2-storey house. Dressed ashlar. Flat roof. Symmetrical curved bay windows at the front. Similar in style to surviving early 19th century villas in Portobello, such as 18-20 Bath Street. Evidently it was at some point absorbed into the adjacent United Glass bottle-works site. The works closed in 1967 and all buildings, including Baileyfield House, have since been demolished.
